While our classes are not offered for free, we maintain affordable fees to cover operational expenses. Our commitment to quality training and certifications ensures your preparedness for the job market. We have established partnerships with local recruiting firms to assist in your job search, including exam preparation, interview coaching, resume building, and personalized recommendations. The majority of our past students have successfully secured employment within three to six months of completing their training.

We do not provide job guarantees — your success depends on the effort, learning, and practice you invest in the Data Center LAB.

We issue a Course Completion Certificate. As we are not a university or college, our certificates are not accredited diplomas. For an accredited certification, you can visit Pearsonvue.com and pursue global certification — we will assist you in successfully passing the exam.

Yes. We start with comprehensive hands-on training, followed by job market preparation: resume building, mock interviews, professional LinkedIn profile creation, and personalized recommendations. We guide you through the application and interview process. Our support continues even after the class concludes to help you excel in your career.

Technologies covered in our hands-on class include:

Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune & MDM, Exchange, SharePoint, Virtualization, Linux, Cisco Router, Firewall & Security, VPN Servers, macOS, PC/MAC Imaging, Service Desk management systems, Customer Service & support, Ethical Hacking, and much more.

Zero to IT & Cyber Security: Classes are held on Sunday mornings from 8 AM to 1 PM in El Monte, California. You'll also have remote access to the lab and collaborate via Microsoft Teams. Recorded sessions are available for self-paced learning. Weekdays are for group homework, assignments, and projects — all via Microsoft Teams.

Kids Computer Science: Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM, conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams. Weekdays include group homework, two virtual check-ins, and project work, fully supported by assistant teachers.

No prior computer or IT knowledge is required (except for the Cyber Security class). We train complete beginners. Working within teams will speed up your learning — all we ask is that you come with a hunger to learn.

You can join from anywhere in the world. We use Microsoft Teams for high-quality video conferencing, and you can access physical LABs remotely on your own schedule.

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. This is because most employers seek at least a high school diploma when hiring. A background in Computer Science or engineering is not required.

Yes, you can pay monthly. If you need to drop for any reason, you are not required to pay the remaining fees — there is no contract. Please note that we do not provide refunds.

Zero to IT & Cyber Security: A Windows 10 or 11 laptop with a minimum i5/i7 processor and 16GB RAM (32GB recommended). Mac laptops are not compatible. You will also need a USB headset with a microphone.

Kids Computer Science: Children can use an existing Mac or Windows PC. If purchasing new, we recommend a MacBook Pro with 16GB of memory.
